I love Stampin’ Up! for so many reasons: the great products... the beautiful cards, scrapbook pages, and gifts I can create... the friendships I have found by demonstrating and sharing what I love with others... etc.!
In February of 2000 I became a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator. I got the starter kit just so I could get a discount on what I was already buying. But a lot has changes in those nineteen years... I'm living my dream! I have a successful, home-based business that helps pay the bills, introduces me to so many wonderful people, gives me opportunities to travel, rewards me with products, recognition, cash, trips, and allows me to set my own schedule so I can be an at-home mom to my boys, Nicholas (14) and Luke almost 13). Stampin' Up! is a strong, successful company with integrity and morals that encourages us to put family first. It's my job, but I'm so passionate about sharing with others that I don't feel like it's a job.
Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. I LOVE teaching people how to take stamps, papers, inks and embellishments to create works of art. I really get a kick out of helping my stampers create that perfect card, set of pages or gift for their special occasion. And it's fun to see that gleam in their eye when they make something they didn't originally think they could.
Some even join my Stampers With ART community
(my team of demonstrators) to feed their hobby and passion a bit more. My group is filled with wonderful people - some who have have turned this into a business themselves! And we have a great time sharing our passion and enjoying all the perks that only demonstrators can get.
As you can see on my website (www.StampYourArtOut.com
), I'm also an avid scrapbooker. I share new page ideas often. From time to time I offer tutorials and classes through the mail for those passionate about preserving their photos with creativity. And I have so many personal photo albums that we'll have to build an addition on our house soon! LOL
Another passion of mine is "thinking outside the box" - as in the Paper Pumpkin box. I LOVE the challenge of coming up with alternate ideas using the contents of Stampin' Up!'s monthly "box of creativity in the mail" program, Paper Pumpkin
. I even create videos where I share how to make many of these projects. (You may have noticed some of my Youtube videos
floating around on Pinterest.)
I also LOVE sharing through my Live Online Classes
on my Facebook Page
that I then upload to YouTube
and share on my blog.
I do these live online classes Wednesdays at 11 AM Central time.
Being able to be at home with my kids AND provide for my family was what I had always hoped for. But my business has provided me WAY more than that - Earlier this year I earned my 14th Grand Vacation (a trip for two to Maui in 2020!). I placed in the top 100 US Demonstrators of the Year in 2013 and in 2015 (one of the top honors) which included an all-expenses-paid, pampering vacation. Then in November 2016 I was so surprised to find out that I made GLOBAL TOP 100 (#35 out of 29,746 demonstrators in the United States and #67 out of 46,701 demonstrators IN THE WORLD for sales, recruiting and leadership)!! In November 2017, it happened again...GLOBAL TOP 100 (#31 in the United States...#58 out of 48,531 demonstrators in the world)!! And in November 2018 I did it again (#28 in the US and #48 in the world out of about 53,000 demonstrators!
Stampin’ Up! has top-of-the-line, quality products that sell themselves. So really I get paid to play!

PS...I am pictured in this photo with my wonderful mom and dad (right behind us). They have been so helpful to me in my business (and of course throughout my whole life!). I write about them a LOT in my blog.
